A bold move that proved rewarding!

What a good experience! The fine mountain views from the balcony left me breathless every morning. The staff is the real gem-always going the extra mile to ensure comfort. A hearty breakfast on the terrace topped off my stay. Perfect location, just a short walk from the town. A hidden paradise!

Really enjoyed the place, had an excellent stay with 2 nights. The location was particularly good - just next door to Arugam Bay, Ella Rock Heaven, and Ella Rock. I found The Blind Pig offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. Double room was with a work desk, a dining area, and a seating area...

great stay with a few areas for improvement

The view from our room was amazing. The management by the 4 brothers. The cooking class was a highlight, not only did we learn new recipes, but the food was SO tasty! Plus, the mountain view from the terrace during breakfast was a fantastic way to start our day.

One area that could use attention is the upkeep of some communal spaces.

We took full advantage of the sun terrace and the beautiful garden area to unwind in the evenings. The only downside was the parking situation, a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Staying at rock heaven was very nice! The staff was super friendly and kind, helping us with everything we needed. The view from our balcony was unbeatable, especially during sunrise. Plus, the sri lankan breakfast on the upper terrace was delicious!

Convenient location - only took a short 15-minute walk to get to the bus stop. the staff here were really friendly and always ready to help, and the room was just perfect for my stay. 👍.

I stayed for two nights at Rock Heaven. the staff were caring and recommended great local activities. Exceptional breakfast with must-try coconut specialties. Enjoyed a traditional cooking class and stunning mountain views. Helpful with luggage, laundry, and provide a welcome drink. Amazing starry nights and good wifi. Solid choice for budget-conscious travelers.

The staff were nice and affable. We could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. the hotel was just next door to Ella Rock and Arugam Bay.

The bedroom was fine and clean. Enjoyed great views and wake-up service, available when you need it. the hotel was near Ella Rock Heaven and the Ella Rock.

The triple room had a great view of the mountains, the roll-in shower was convenient, the staff were friendly, and the central location was ideal.

We found it challenging to navigate the steep steps and smelly river to reach the hotel. the quiet location, friendly staff, and nice breakfast made our stay enjoyable. I'd suggest considering this hotel for a peaceful retreat.
